Goodbye Abacos – Hello Exumas

Hello everyone,

We are at anchor in the northern Exumas at a small island called Allens Cay. It is noted for the large number of iguanas on the beach. See the photo of Anita trying to befriend a few. On the way down from the Abacos, we came close to a whale that gave us a big tail wave.  The winds are light so far, so we have done 20 hours of motoring.

Today we sail to Warderick Whales and Staniel Cay.  Our plan is to swim in Thunderball Grotto and go to pig beach.  Hopefully we will catch a fish along the way or it’s chicken for the third night for dinner.
